At Sarath City Capital Mall, SAFETY has been the utmost core value of our overall operations at all times. Given the size of our Mall, which is a total of 27,00,000 square feet in the expanse with a retail space of 19,31,000 square feet and total parking of 10,00,000 square feet, which makes the only Mall in the city which can serve you at its best in regards to COVID-19 protocols and processes for sanitization.

In times of uncertainty, we remind our customers, employees, and partners that we are here for you. We have put in place some measures to serve you with utmost care so that you have a good time with your family & friends once we are operational.

SCCM – Mall Operations Guidelines

⮚ Alternate parking slots to be used for all four-wheeler parking, B1 to B4 usage

⮚ Each vehicle must stop for 8-10 seconds at the vehicle check post. No tailgating. 

⮚ Two-wheeler parking allowed only at B1 & B3, parking staff to overlook social distancing 

⮚ Security to maintain Thermo-Guns and screen all personnel for fever and cold. There also has to be a daily temperature record kept by all departments and stores

⮚ Maintain protocols and processes for sanitization at all security checks

⮚ Security staff to use Bio-Degradable gloves & masks 

⮚ The usage of Escalators will be based on the “Stop & Go” movement. Every two alternate steps there will be one passenger.

⮚ Usage of Elevator restricted to maximum 3 persons at a given time. Capsule lifts shall be for 2 people only

⮚ We will close one lift lobby, maybe B-block lobby, at specific timings and days

⮚ Stores to maintain token system, based on store size i.e. 1 Token per 10ft

⮚ Food courts to rearrange seating capacity & make space of standing tables

⮚ Food courts to use “Use & throw” cutleries 

⮚ Mall disinfectant process every 3 hours across the Mall common areas

⮚ Washrooms must maintain token system, social distancing & warm water 

⮚ No idle seating allowed around & near the mall area

⮚ Disinfecting of parking areas are being done every day after the mall closes or before opening.
